Bubbalou’s Bodacious BBQ offers Party Packs, as a complete alternative to our take out or catering menus. Party packs are perfect for any size gathering of people – from 2 to 100 or more. Party packs are perfect ready-to-go meals. They are ideal for tailgating, picnics, office parties, family reunions, school luncheons, and virtually anytime or any place that you want award-winning BBQ in a convenient, all-inclusive package.
Bubbalou’s Party Packs are complete, ready-to-eat meals. They include meat that is slow cooked over a hardwood fire, sides, buns for sandwiches or garlic bread to accompany the ribs, our famous BBQ sauce, and plates and flatware. Each party pack is designed to feed a set number of people. So, simply take a head count of guests who will be attending your function and then, find the party pack that bests fits that number. In addition, if you are feeding over 25 people you can select a party pack where you pay per person; yet, you will still receive all the ready-to-go party pack items.
With each party pack you will receive anywhere from 2 pints to several gallons of sides, depending on your head count. For Bubbalou’s party packs, the sides include: Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Collard Greens, Black-Eye Peas, Potato Salad, Texas Caviar, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Corn, Green Beans or Tossed Salad.
